As always, working with Catherine was a dream. She advised me carefully, starting a year in advance, on how to prepare my condo for market, and when it came time to stage it, she gave me smart and creative advice. She held two open houses and gave me full reports on who attended, and how she followed up with them. She strategized carefully and helped me understand when and how we needed to lower the price and add in free parking to motivate buyers.
